M3 tenderizers from Fomaco

The M3 series can inject brines, marinades and proteins into poultry, meat, and fish products. Our injectors are available with 1, 2 or 3 needle bridges depending on the level of injection and tenderizing process required. The FOMACO Auto Feed Hopper is designed to deliver a constant flow of meat to an injector, meat tenderizer or combination machine. The Auto Feed Hopper is prepared for mounting on load-cells and is manufactured to enable automatic collection of meat juice.
